The Schoggifestival is postponed due to the coronavirus

We all put a lot of heart and soul into this project, we are stunned about the current events and their impact on life. But as they say: It is what it is. We are now trying to make the best out of it and think about what is best.
We would like to be able to celebrate at the Schoggifestival and make the most of it. So we remain at the moment with a crying but also with a laughing eye, which remains flexible and is looking forward to and preparing for what is coming.

The Schoggifestival ehrundredlich presents the new, mindful generation of cocoa and chocolate production, it tells the story of the people who produce the cocoa for our chocolate and combines enjoyment with responsible action.
A chocolate festival is an experience for all the senses; thus it goes without saying that chocolate and its contents must be tasted in various forms. Innovative, established chocolate and food connoisseurs lead us through the culinary world and show what we can do with chocolate and other ingredients ourselves. There will be chocolate tastings, chocolate pouring and chocolate stories – especially for children. School classes and other groups who can book a chocolate package, which will accompany us through the first day of the festival. A public panel discussion will crown the Friday evening. As special events, a festival brunch and culinary excursions with hip food connoisseurs await us on Saturday.
The location is within walking distance to the main train station in Zurich, at Selnaustrasse 25 in 8001 Zurich.

The Kraftwerk is a unique place for work collaboration and innovation in Switzerland, workshop and event rooms and a lively café in the heart of Zurich. The Schoggifestival ehrundredlich is very pleased to have the Kraftwerk as its location partner. In addition to the innovative and creative spaces for our events, it offers a cosy restaurant with bar and outdoor area. The restaurant and bar will be dedicated to the topic of cocoa and chocolate.
